Singh stressed at the high-level event in Qingdao, China, that terrorism and peace cannot exist together, especially since some countries still help terrorist groups and give them safe places to stay. He warned against picking and choosing who to fight terrorism, saying that countries that pick and choose which terrorists are "good" or "bad" put the region's safety at risk.
